Who processes the data

Your club decides which data it enters and why. Sportini, SPORTINI, obrt za izdavanje softvera, računalno programiranje i informatičke usluge, vl. Dario Zavišić, only stores and displays them for the operation of the club. For rectification, erasure or a question about a member record, contact the club's management. For an account you opened yourself in Sportini, contact dario@sportini.eu.

Which data may be in the records

Name, date of birth, group, a parent or guardian contact, email, telephone, attendance, membership fee, equipment, the schedule and documents the club decides to upload. In the Pro plan there may also be training sessions, coach notes, activities, water intake, a route if recording has been specifically confirmed, and a competition preparation with the weight the athlete or a linked parent records after accepting. The date of a medical examination and a recorded weight may be health data.

Children

For an athlete under 16 years of age, enrolment through a link is completed by the holder of parental responsibility, who confirms their authority on the form. If the club enters the member directly, it must have notice to, and authorisation from, the holder of parental responsibility. A route is not saved until that authorisation is confirmed on the member's profile.

How long the data are kept and where they go

The data remain while the club is on Sportini. After the club is closed, member records are deleted. Club records are stored in the European Union. Account sign-in through Firebase is processed in the United States of America, and a push notification may be processed there, under applicable processing terms and recorded transfer safeguards. The unused original database and storage outside the EU contain no client data. The map, if you open it, sends an ordinary browser request to OpenStreetMap. Measurement of the public pages does not include the club records. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency.
