The big day starts
with small steps.
Preparation starts weeks before a competition. Bring extra sessions, nutrition, how the athlete feels each day and coach feedback together in one place.
€29 a month or €290 a year per club, tax included. Paid on top of Basic or Premium.

The coach’s plan. The athlete’s experience. A shared next step.
One day. Two views.
See an athlete’s day through the coach’s eyes, then through the athlete’s own. The people, entries and notes are made up.

From judo preparation to every athlete’s everyday life: a good plan should follow the person between club sessions too.
Training continues beyond the club.
Alongside the regular group session, the coach uses Sportini to assign extra work: at home, in the gym, a run, or any other task. The athlete sees what is next, marks what they have done and leaves feedback.
- An assignment alongside the group session, wherever it happens
- Instructions, completion and feedback
- Mobility and warm-up8 min
- Bodyweight exercises3 × 12
- Resistance-band technique3 × 10
A month of preparation. Every weigh-in with a time and a note.
For combat sports such as judo, wrestling and jiu-jitsu, the competition, date and category are all in one place. Once the athlete accepts tracking, they can log several weigh-ins a day, each with a time and a note. The coach reviews the entries and replies with a note.
- Multiple daily weigh-ins, with time and notes
- The athlete accepts tracking and can stop it
- 07:30Before breakfast
- 73.2 kg
- 14:00After lunch
- 73.6 kg
- 20:00After training
- 73.4 kg
Each entry has a time and a short note. Weight is not judged.
Small entries. A clearer picture of the day.
The athlete logs how much water they drink during the day. A daily total and a look back at previous days show how the habit is going. A personal goal and reminders are optional and fit around their day. The app does not prescribe how much water to drink.
- Entries in millilitres and daily totals
- Personal goals and optional reminders
A personal log. Setting a goal is optional.
Meals are part of the training story.
We are planning a simple food diary: the athlete records a meal, the time, a description and, if they like, the portion or a note. The coach then sees meals alongside training and can leave feedback. A simple diary comes first; later we may add plans prepared by a nutrition professional.
- Meals, times and notes without mandatory calorie counting
- The athlete chooses whether to share it with the coach
- 08:00Breakfast
Oats, yoghurt and fruit
- 13:00Lunch
Rice, vegetables and chicken
- 17:30Snack
Banana and yoghurt
An example diary, not a recommended meal plan. This feature is not available yet – it is planned.
A number starts the conversation. How are you, really?
A quick check-in on how the athlete feels, from 1 to 10, with faces and an optional note. We plan two reminders a day, morning and evening. A coach or administrator can change the times and number of reminders, and the athlete can pause them. The coach sees how the athlete feels from day to day and can ask what would help before the next session.
- 1 = very low, 10 = great; optional note
- Two reminders a day, adjustable, with notification permission
Good
Default schedule. A coach or administrator can change the times and how many reminders there are.
This is an example of a feature we are planning. Your choice is not saved and no notifications are sent.
Your route. More than a distance.
Start recording a run, pause it and save the activity with a note for the coach. The GPS route appears on an OpenStreetMap map, with approximate distance and duration. Pace, splits and deeper analysis are planned for later.
- Recording with your permission, or manual activity entries
- Recording in the browser needs Sportini open and the screen on
- Distance
- 5.00 km
- Duration
- 30:00
- Pace
- 6:00 /km
Illustrative route and statistics, not a real map.
Movement between sessions belongs here too.
We want to connect daily steps with training and other activities. We plan manual entries first, then Apple Health and Android Health Connect through a mobile app, with the athlete’s explicit permission.
- Data source and last update time shown
- Automatic step tracking is not yet available
Planned: manual entries first, then device connections with your permission.
A better conversation starts with a better overview.
Assignments, notes, activities and preparation are already in the athlete’s profile. Next, we plan to show the whole day in one view: what was done at the club, what at home, their meals and how they feel. With that, the coach can adapt the plan and give the next instruction.
- Notes for the athlete, or for coaches and committee only
- Planned: training and habits in one overview
- Club session
- 60 min
- Individual assignment
- 35 min
- Extra run
- 30 min
Planned: the athlete’s whole day in one overview.
With the athlete. On every screen.
Sportini works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. Connections to phone health apps and background GPS recording are planned for later.
Personal data. Clear permissions.
Everyone sees only what their club role and link to the athlete allow. Weight and location are recorded only once the athlete agrees, and younger athletes also need confirmation from a parent or guardian. The data supports conversations with the coach – Sportini gives no automatic weight-loss advice.
Bring athlete development to your club.
Add it to Basic or Premium and get every feature that is already live. Your plan still sets how many athletes, groups and staff accounts you can have. Nutrition, feelings and automatic step counting are still planned.
